At Ashdown Engineering, we stand by the quality of our bass amplifiers and audio gear; if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your equipment within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team via the online portal with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your gear in its original box with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided RMA label clearly to the outside of the box and ship the package via a tracked service to our designated service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
